These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Root to Rise website, including roottorise.com.au and any linked Root to Rise pages, resources, forms, events or online services. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Root to Rise

Root to Rise is an Australian education and community initiative exploring plant medicine, medicinal cannabis, lived experience and complementary wellbeing. Root to Rise is not a medical clinic.

2. Educational Information Only

Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment advice, prescribing advice or a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. Do not delay seeking medical advice, disregard professional advice or change prescribed treatment because of information on this website.

3. No Product or Treatment Endorsement

Root to Rise does not recommend or endorse any medicinal cannabis product, brand, clinic, prescriber, pharmacy or treatment. References to plant medicine or medicinal cannabis do not indicate that a product or treatment is appropriate for any particular person or condition.

4. Events and Programs

Information about events, workshops and programs may change. Eligibility, venue requirements, fees, cancellation terms, accessibility information and participation conditions will be stated on the relevant event or booking page where applicable. Cannabis use is not automatically permitted at Root to Rise events. Participants must follow event instructions, venue rules and applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use website content in a misleading or harmful way.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics and original resources belong to Root to Rise or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
