A wellness collective rooted in care, lived experience & connection
We’re curating educational and complementary wellness experiences that bring together professional knowledge, lived experience and community connection.
Through workshops, guided discussions, movement, meditation, breathwork and other carefully selected practices, Root To Rise aims to support wellbeing beyond the prescription.
Each offering is being developed with aligned facilitators and designed to help people feel more informed, connected and supported.
Curated Experiences
Root To Rise brings together education, community and complementary wellbeing practices through carefully designed events.
Offerings may include guided discussions, restorative movement, meditation, breathwork, sound, botanical education and other experiential practices delivered with aligned facilitators.
Each event is being developed to encourage curiosity, reflection, connection and a more intentional relationship with plant medicine and wellbeing.
Education for intentional use
We explore the knowledge, context and practical considerations that can help people engage with plant medicine more thoughtfully.
Delivered by pharmacists, educational programs may consider topics such as intention, environment, personal reflection, responsible use, legal context and the limits of available evidence.
Root To Rise does not provide individual treatment plans, dosing advice or medical care.
Community by design
We collaborate with practitioners, educators and facilitators across plant medicine, movement, mindfulness and complementary wellbeing.
We’re developing events intended to feel calm, considered and welcoming, with attention to setting, group size, accessibility and participant comfort.
Over time, membership may provide access to selected community experiences, educational resources and smaller member spaces.
Our Ethos
We’re guided by curiosity, respect and responsibility.
We value scientific evidence, professional knowledge and lived experience, while remaining honest about uncertainty and the limits of what is known.
Our programs are being designed around informed participation, clear boundaries, consent, accessibility and respect for individual agency.
We aim to work transparently, choose collaborators carefully and avoid overstating what any practice, product or experience can achieve.
